By you have come to Mount Zion and to the city 🌆 of the living God,
the heavenly Jerusalem,
and to innumerable angles in festal gatherings,
To the City of the living God..

Jesus is the vine (and not God). Jesus is the one who brings us to his heavenly Father, to whom Jesus is the mediator between God and us.
